Who we are
Serenata creates personalized songs on request. This policy explains, in plain words, what data we collect and how we use it. Data controller: Serenata. For any question write to ciao@serenata.example.
What data we collect
We collect only what's needed to create and deliver your song: the answers you give during creation (the person's name, occasion, memories), your email address and order details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe: we never see or store your card details.
How we use your data
We use your answers exclusively to write and produce your song, and your email to deliver it and help you find it again. We don't sell your data and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your order and your song so you can listen to and download it over time. You can ask us to delete everything at any time by writing to ciao@serenata.example: we'll do it within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to receive a copy. One email to ciao@serenata.example is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Cookies
We only use technical cookies necessary for the site to work, like the one that saves your answers while you create the song. No advertising profiling cookies.
