Money back, within 14 days
If the song doesn't move you, you're entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We won't ask you to justify the request and there are no complicated forms.
How to request a refund
Write an email to ciao@serenata.example with your order code (you'll find it on the song page and in the delivery email). We refund within 5 working days to the same payment method.
Would you prefer a second version?
If something doesn't feel right — the style, a detail in the lyrics — tell us: in many cases we can prepare a new version of the song at no extra cost. We care that it's perfect.
