The service
Serenata creates personalized songs based on the information you provide. Each song is a unique creative work produced on your request and delivered digitally by email, through a dedicated page.
Your order
By placing an order you declare that the information provided is true and that you have the right to share it. The price shown includes everything: song, lyrics, artwork and downloads. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Delivery
The song is normally delivered within a few hours of purchase, via an email with a link to your personal page. In rare cases of high demand, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
What you can do with the song
The song is yours: you can listen to it, download it, gift it and share it freely for personal use. Reselling it or using it commercially requires our written consent.
Content we don't accept
We don't create songs with offensive or defamatory content, or content that violates other people's rights. In such cases we may cancel the order and refund the full amount.
Guarantee and refunds
If the song doesn't move you, we refund the full amount within 14 days of purchase. See the “Guarantee & refunds” page for details.
